While Ettore and Irene continue to manage the historic shop in Turin, Stefano today runs a De Martini chocolate shop / café in Brooklyn. In this way, even overseas, you can savor the history of De Martini.

A special ingredient:
the Hazelnuts

For the ancient Romans, hazelnuts had auspicious effects in fact, it was customary to give a hazelnut plant as a gift to wish happiness.

Piedmont PGI hazelnuts (Protected Geographical Identification) are renowned in the confectionery industry for their unique qualities and characteristics, including their spherical shape, excellent flavor and aroma after roasting. For these reasons they are universally recognized as the best hazelnuts in the world.
